Press & In The News | A House For Haiti
After watching the devastation from Haiti’s earthquake, furniture designer Frank Schooley, sprung to action to aid disaster relief efforts by creating a house for Haiti he calls Shelter In A Day.
Our disaster relief homes are solidly constructed, termite, rust and rot resistant, and come with lockable doors and windows. They provide safe shelters for those displaced by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes or famine.
Our shelters are crafted from waterproof, 100% recycled wood fiber material and can be easily erected in one day without tools or electricity.
Our test model disaster relief house (recent picture above) has withstood Florida's harsh elements for over two years beautifully.
